About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in backend development to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend services that power our platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or Node.js)
• Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Contributions to open-source projects
